Terms of service

These terms apply when you create an account on naxoprojects.com or buy a license from us. They're written to be read, not skimmed past. By buying or using our products you agree to them.

Who we are

NaxoProjects runs this site, based in Hidden. You can reach us on Discord or through the contact page, or by email at [email protected].

What you're buying

You buy a personal, non-transferable license to use a piece of software for the period shown on the plan you choose (for example 3 days, 1 week, 1 month or lifetime). "Lifetime" means for as long as we sell and support the product. You don't buy the software itself, and you may not resell, share, copy or reverse-engineer it.

Payment and delivery

• Prices are in US dollars. Stripe may add tax where the law requires it, shown before you pay.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe and cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your license key is issued only after the payment provider confirms the payment to us. Crypto payments count once they're confirmed on the blockchain. It appears in your account, not in email.
• If you check out as a guest, you need to create an account with the same email address and confirm it to see your keys.

Your account

Keep your password private and turn on two-factor authentication. You're responsible for anything done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Use at your own risk

Our products interact with third-party games. Using them may break those games' terms of service, and game publishers can suspend or ban accounts at any time. We work hard to keep every product safe and we publish a live status for each one, but we can't guarantee that any account will stay unaffected. You decide whether to use our products, and you accept that risk. We're not responsible for bans, lost in-game items or lost progress.

Check the status page before every session and don't use a product marked Updating, Testing or Offline unless you accept the extra risk.

Acceptable use

Don't use our site or products to break the law, attack our systems, share licenses, chargeback a payment you authorised, or harass our team or other customers. We can suspend accounts that do, without a refund.

Availability and changes

Games update all the time, so products can be temporarily unavailable while we update them. We may change features, prices or these terms. Price changes never affect a license you've already paid for. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll post it on the site.

Refunds

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the license in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hidden.
