Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy, and we'd rather fix a problem than refund it. Here's exactly how refunds work.

When we refund

• Before you reveal your key. If you haven't revealed the key in your account yet, ask on Discord within 24 hours of buying and we'll refund you in full.
• Duplicate payments. If you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the extra payment.
• We can't deliver. If we can't provide a working key for your order, we refund it.
• A product goes offline for a long time. If a product you paid for is Offline for most of your license period, contact us and we'll extend your license or refund the unused part.

When we don't

Digital keys can't be returned once they've been revealed, because we can't take them back. We also don't refund because of a game ban, a change of mind after the key was revealed, or a system that doesn't meet the requirements listed on the product page. Please check the requirements, or ask us, before you buy.

How to ask

Open a ticket on Discord, or use the contact form, with your order reference (it starts with NX- and is on your order page). Approved card refunds go back to your card through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin to a wallet address you give us, at the US dollar amount you paid, minus network fees. When a refund is issued, the keys on that order stop working.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a payment with your bank. Disputes take weeks; we usually sort things out the same day. Accounts with open chargebacks are suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Your legal rights

If you're in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital content, that right ends once delivery starts with your consent. At checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once your key is revealed. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.
