Are your cheats undetected?
Each product's live status is on our Status page, and Operational means undetected and safe to use. We test every cheat after each game patch and change the status the moment something looks off. No cheat stays undetected forever, so rather than promise that, we tell you the truth on the status page and add the time back to your key when a product is down.
How fast do I get my key?
Card payments take a few seconds; crypto takes until the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. As soon as it is, your key appears under Account › Licenses. If you checked out as a guest, create a free account with the same email and confirm it, and the order is added automatically.
What happens when a game updates?
We update the cheat, usually the same day, and the Status page shows Updating until it is safe to play again. If an update takes a product down, we add the lost time back to active keys.
Can I get banned?
Cheating in an online game always carries some risk. You can keep it low: check the Status page before you play, use sensible settings (a small aimbot field of view with some smoothing goes a long way), and play like a good player, not a blatant one.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and other major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Card payments run on Stripe's secure checkout page, so we never see or store your card details. You can also pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin and other coins through NOWPayments.
Do I need an HWID spoofer?
Only if your PC already has a hardware ban from a previous account. Apex Legends and Rust plans include one, and our standalone HWID Spoofer covers other Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye games.
Why don't you email the key?
Email is the first thing that gets compromised, and keys sitting in an inbox get stolen. Your key stays behind your account login instead, where you can add two-factor authentication.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can pay as a guest with just your email. To see your key you'll create a free account with that same email, which takes about 20 seconds.
What are the system requirements?
They differ per product and are listed on each product page under Requirements. Most products need Windows 10 or 11 with Fast Boot turned off. Ask us on Discord before you buy if you're not sure.
Can I get a refund?
Digital keys can't be returned once they've been revealed. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us on Discord first. Our refund policy page explains exactly when we refund.
