How key delivery works, from checkout to your first session

Here's exactly what happens after you buy.

1. You pay on Stripe. Checkout opens on Stripe's secure page. When the payment goes through, Stripe sends you back to us.
2. Stripe confirms the payment to our server. This usually takes a few seconds. Your key is reserved only after that confirmation, never before.
3. Your key appears in your account. Go to Account › Licenses and press Reveal. If you checked out as a guest, create an account with the same email and confirm it. Your order is added automatically.
4. Download and set up. The loader and setup steps sit on the same page.

My key isn't showing

• Wait a minute and refresh. Some card payments take a little longer to confirm.
• Make sure you're signed in with the email you used at checkout, and that you've confirmed it.
• Still nothing? Open a ticket on Discord with your order reference (it starts with NX-). We'll sort it out.
